Your voice will support the creation of a new Strategic Plan for North Shore Community
College.
NSCC is embarking on a robust planning process that will result in the creation of
a five-year Strategic Plan. This plan will identify the college’s priorities and success
strategies for the future.
What is Appreciative Inquiry?
Appreciative Inquiry is a way for you to use your powerful stories to shape North Shore Community College's
future. These sessions are one-hour long, and will be done virtually. In them you
will be asked to share your stories and thoughts about what makes NSCC special and
where you would like to see the College go in the future. We will use these sessions
to look for trends and ideas to help shape our Strategic Plan.
We want everyone to have a say in the future of the College, so we encourage you to take part.
