  • Gathered ideas on potential strategies to pursue priorities and metrics

 June - July

  •  Priorities, Metrics and Resources teams met to finalize details related to the work of the strategic plan

August - September

  • Writing team crafted a "one voice" strategic plan document for presentation to the college community 
  • College Forum / community provided feedback on the draft strategic plan
  • College Board of Trustees feedback session was held
  • Touch Point 2 meeting with the Board of Higher Education was held
  • Collected feedback was used by the writing team to finalize the strategic plan

  • Strategic plan forwarded to the Board of Higher Education for approval
